All returns require a return authorization (RA) number issued by our Customer Service.
We will gladly accept any product, which has not been worn, damaged, altered, decorated, or laundered within 7 days from receipt of goods. Goods returned beyond 7 days are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Embroidered/ Trimmed/ Altered/ Silk-Screened/ Heat Transfer items are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for delivery and return shipping charges, which are not refundable.
Clothing must not have been worn nor washed and must be suitable for re-stocking.
